Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using 10Key, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the platform on behalf of a firm or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization in connection with the workspace.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the 10Key website, workspaces, tools, reports, or related services.
Informational and advisory-use framing
10Key is designed to support planning, modeling, workflow organization, and client-ready communication. The platform is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional judgment.
You remain responsible for reviewing assumptions, confirming final filing positions, and deciding whether any output is appropriate for client delivery or real-world decision making.
Accounts and workspace responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining control of your login access, protecting magic-link access to your email account, and keeping workspace information reasonably current.
If you invite teammates or allow others into a workspace, you are responsible for managing that access appropriately and for the activity that occurs under your workspace administration.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle presented at checkout or in the workspace billing center. Features, entitlements, seats, and export access vary by plan.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Enterprise arrangements may follow separate commercial terms, onboarding plans, or order forms.
Intellectual property
10Key and its platform materials, software, content, visual treatments, and product workflows are owned by 10Key or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You keep rights to your own uploaded content and firm materials, but you grant 10Key the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure, and present that content through the service.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or commercial model evolve.
Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the site, the product, or workspace communications.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10Key is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular client matter.
10Key will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the platform. Any direct liability will be limited to the amounts paid by the applicable workspace to 10Key during the period directly related to the claim, if any.
